Description

Alt Text: Series of six panels set in an art gallery. The same man and woman are featured in the first four panels looking at different pieces of art. The last panel features a different man and woman. Transcription: This is a picture of a young lady peeling onions-it's by that famous cubist- Von Blockhead. It costs only $1000. Great isn't it? ? This is by a 'Post-Impressionist'- it's a picture of a man in a boat fishing- Wonderful execution, don't you think John? He let me have it for $700. ? This shows a trolley conductor holding a chesse sandwich in one hand and ringing up a fare with the other. This is the most interesting of all- It's a futurist's picture of a snore. John and Josie <------Petey and Henrietta ------> Petey dear- how do you like your portrait that I had painted for your birthday? Rotten- the artist hasn't painted the buttonholes right- I'll bet John Gink wouldn't allow his wife to squander money on such punk stuff- I'm too easy with you
