Abstract

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn to help people learn to experience, in a nonjudgmental way, the present moment. This meta-analysis was done to see if research supports the benefits of the MBSR program for people with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and Stress.
