Abstract

In 1963 the state of West Virginia founded the National Youth Science Camp and the governor of that state invited each of the other governors to nominate two senior boys as delegates, all expenses paid by the state of West Virginia. This year both delegates and the alternates are being selected on behalf of Governor Ray from the Hawkeye Science Fair.
