Elizabeth Lefler

Information about Lecturer

Elizabeth Lefler, PhD is an associate professor of psychology at the University of Northern lowa, and a licensed and nationally registered clinical psychologist. Dr. Lefler has a BA in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MS in clinical psychology from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Lefler earned her PhD in clinical psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2009 after completing a predoctoral residency at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. She went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship in the Center for Management of ADHD at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Lefler directs the Psychological Assessment Clinic on UNI's campus, and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of child and adolescent psychopathology.
