Abstract
Conclusion - It is essential to the future of this country that young people of today receive instruction and training in a set of fundamental values. School systems are but one source for this instruction and training.
History and today's situation suggest three general value categories or value systems. They are: Judeo-Christian, humanistic, and community-based. This paper includes my personal observations and conclusions. I will attempt to identify and separate them from specific facts and the opinions of others.
