Abstract

DNA microarray analysis will be used to screen and compare the altered gene expression of metolachlor treated and non-treated human liver (HepG2) cell and human alveolar macrophage(THP-1) cell .We expect to find differences in the expression of genes involved in cell growth and cell cycle control.
