In higher education, the pressure to do more with less is a constant challenge. This session will introduce a free and easy-to-use technology—Calendly—that has enabled the UNI transfer Team to efficiently schedule over 1,000 appointments. With its user-friendly interface and robust features, we will discuss practical tips and best practices for using Calendly to its full potential, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. This session will include a live demonstration of how to set up Calendly, including tips on syncing with calendar apps, managing availability, and creating personalized scheduling links. Attendees will leave with actionable insights to implement immediately within their teams with minimal effort and maximum impact.
