Abstract
I will: 1) identify the concepts of a corporate culture, 2) explore the common elements in the macro-culture of Youth Serving Organizations, 3) explore some distinctions in the micro-culture of the individual Youth Serving Organizations, and 4) propose why the understanding of corporate culture is an important competency for Youth Service Professionals: advocates, managers, program directors, and youth workers.
