Abstract

General Mills, Inc., has implemented a series of "nutrition update" newsletters specifically designed for health professionals. The newsletter, titled Contemporary Nutrition, is distributed free to physicians, dentists, nurses, dietitians, food technologists, educators, students and other health professionals ten times each year.
