Abstract

Next March, I am planning to send in a completed portfolio to demonstrate that I am a Nationally Board Certified teacher. So far, I have completed three of the four entries that are required to become certified. This process has been challenging and taken a considerable amount of time, but it has given me the opportunity to reflect on my teaching practice. And therefore it has helped to make me a better teacher, whom is looked up to by students and colleagues.
