Abstract
Melissa Brown presented her graduate recital on April 20th, 2007at 8:00 p.m. in Davis Hall of the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center on the University of Northern Iowa campus. The program consisted of sets of music by Enrique Granados and Ottorino Respighi along with arias by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ruggerro Leoncavallo. The recital was performed in collaboration with pianist Genadi Zagor. This abstract discusses musical and historical features of the recital pieces.
