Abstract

Kyungsun Choi presented his graduate recital in Davis Hall of the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa at 6:00 in the evening, on Friday, April 7, 2006. This recital was in partial fulfillment of the Master of Music degree requirements in Piano Performance. This recital consisted of works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, Franz Liszt, and Dmitri Kabalevsky. This abstract will discuss the backgrounds, musical issues, and practical performance aspects of the recital works.
