Abstract

The University of Northern Iowa Collegium Musicum performs a program of music representing works from medieval England, the Flemish School, and sixteenth-century Italy. The program also includes instrumental music and a selection of Elizabethan madrigals. The ensemble performing this program, the Collegium Musicum, consists of recorders, crumhorns, strings, harpsichord, troubador harp, guitar, and eighteen singers utilized in various combinations.
