Abstract
The following work is a creative thesis. Contained within are three short stories and the prologue and first five chapters of a novel. The first two stories provide a humorous look into the personal lives of a group of superheroes of dubious caliber. The novel chapters chronicle the life of Dominique Minuet Aquila, a young woman living under the curse of vampirism in modern day Los Angeles. The final short story is a small Christmas piece.
