Abstract

The meta-analysis focuses on what mothers diagnosed with postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis experience in the first days and months after their child is born. Comparable experiences were shared by mothers from all over the world, demonstrating that the disorders do not differ for racially, culturally, or socioeconomically diverse women.
